Pre-requisites not getting extracted

hi,

i have built an installer for one of our application, i have bundled few of the pre-requisites in this installer.

the problem is when i launch the exe it checks the conditions and reflects which pre-requisites which are not available in the system, but when i click next it does not extact any of the pre-requisites instead it just terminates the installation without any error.

for the same application i have built a 32 bit installer which is working fine and i am not facing any problem with that.but i am facing the above mentioned problem in 64 bit installer

i have compared both the installer bt could not find any difference except for the bundled pre-requisites.

can anyone suggest or have any idea what i am doing wrong.

Hello,

I'm not sure why this happens. Can you please send us the .AIP (project file) and a verbose log of the installation to support at advancedinstaller dot com so we can investigate them?

Also, can you please test the scenario on multiple machine and tell us if the behavior is consistent?
