Licence retrieval issue

My build process (Azure DevOps pipeline) is currently failing where it is installing advanced installer, error below:

Failed to register Advanced Installer. Error: Unable to register Advanced Installer. Network connection problem

Same error is displayed in the about page from the advanced installer client.

Any help please.

Hi,

Indeed, there is an issue currently impacting the license registration for Advanced Installer for the automatic build servers. Seems that UI registration is possible, but very slow.

Our technical team is actively working to identify and address the root cause of this problem. We appreciate your patience and understanding in this matter. Rest assured, we will provide you with an update as soon as we have further information.
