Analytics not showing all properties

Hello,

We have a problem that the Analytics Custom Properties view doesn't collect/show all properties that an installation have set.
Our installer should send those properties to the analyser, image Analytics5.png.

But here are some different reports that are sent after installations, image Analytics2 and 3.

Sometimes all properties is correct, but most of the times some properties missing.
All installations is done the same.

What could be the issue here?

I can't say for sure why this is happening.

If possible, could you please send me a copy of your AIP file by email at support at advancedinstaller dot com so I can further investigate this?

Also, please give me some more details about the properties that are wrongly sent (e.g. are the properties not sent at all, or the value is wrong?).
