Teams Machine Wide Installer MSI

Is there a dump available for windows msi installers? While trying to perform the uninstall, it's asking for the patch of the older MSI, and I've checked the SCCM deployments that were initially used but seems like the source file is gone. Any help is appreciated.

Usually, a copy of the MSI is kept in the hidden Windows folder, C:\Windows\Installer.

However, it is not copied there with the original name, so it would be hard to know which one is yours.
