In AI 16.4.1 the MSVC 2019 merge modules are not showing up. Adding them manually but just for the record.

After removing the condition and reapplying it, then rebuilding, problem went away.
So why would this be? It scares me that other things may be broken un the project and we don't know. Is there any way to fully validate a project that has been passed down through many versions of AI?

IE Launch condition fails
Hi, Our package has a launch condition of IE7 minimum of 7. On running we get message "<my application name> cannot be installed on systems with Internet Explorer version lower than 7".
This was not a problem before upgrading to AI 13.5 yesterday.
Any ideas?

User account creation fails
Hi,
On Windows Server 2008 R2.. install fails I think when user account commit fails. This has not been a problem before and works fine on our test machine.
Can you tell what may be the problem?
Will email log and aip.
