Yes, we're getting the same problem on the Windows 2003 and Windows 2008 Server (English version.).
We're using the Advanced Installer Version 8.3.

I'm getting a similar problem, my setup works fine on a Windows7 and I'm getting the same error on a Windows 2008 X64 test virtual-machine. IIS was installed with the standard settings on the virtual machine. Are there some more informations available?
