Thank you both Ionut and Ssearles for your help. Due to our customer policy I have change our program to not writing files in the application install directory and put it in the temp folder where it should be. Just curious how you create stub file and make it permanent? using the installer or your p...

my work around may be to grant permission to this folder at the end of the installation. Can someone show me how to accomplish this task?

Yes, I understand the information is not shown to the user and I know the update.txt generated automatically. The date format might not bother you since you're used to it in Europe. Update Project date format

I noticed the output update.txt file format the release date in dd/mm/yyyy. Can you make it to use regional date format from the OS?
I was expecting it to output mm/dd/yyyy when I select the release date from the datetime picker.

Visual Studio Import Wizard Does not work?

Hi,
I tried to create a new installation project using Visual Studio Import and received and error "Failed to load solution file. Can not access solution context" when I tried to import using solution file. Am I doing something wrong?
license version 6.1
