Minimum version 3.1

In Prerequisites, I have set the "Minimum version: 3.1"
When I install on my machine, I get the message box "... cannot be installed on systems with Windows Installer version smaller than 3.1"
However I have "Windows Installer 3.1.4000.2435" installed which corresponds to KB893803. (v2)
What else should I have installed?

Hi,

You must use the following minimum version string "3.01" instead "3.1" (you will not find "3.01" in the combo box, you must type directly).

That happens because WI does not sets the VersionMsi property according with the specification.
