You can create a package and distribute it with CD. This can be configured in the "Builds" page. For more details please see:
http://www.advancedinstaller.com/user-guide/media.html

The license (text) can be added in the "LicenseAgreemetDlg" dialog. This can be done in the "Dialogs" page.

This can do splash same NSIS sir ?

This feature is not yet supported by Advanced Installer but we have it on out TODO list and will be available in a future release. Thank you for your suggestion.
