Hi there,
I am a german user of AI 8.3.
If I create a new Project and the Language in the options-area is set on German, this will not be used.
The workaround for this is to first select an other language, and denn reselect "German".
This will be a small bug, but I think this wont be correct.

We reproduced this bug on a fresh German OS, thank you for bringing it to our attention, a fix will be available in the next version.
The workaround until then is very simple, just follow these steps:
-- start Advanced Installer
-- from the start page, in the language selection combo select any language different from German
-- then from the same combo go back and select German
-- after this select the desired project type and continue with your development.
