Hello,

This is a well-known limitation of Windows Installer. It comes from the fact that subst drives are "per user", while the WI service runs "per machine".

Unfortunatelly there is no known solution to it yet.

Path too long under Vista for c:\ProgData\All

We're running into a similar problem under Vista. We're trying to create a folder named "Snaptune Recordings" accessible to all users in
C:\ProgramData\Documents\

Some of our users get an error when installing claiming that the path is too long.

Thanks, Bill.
