Could not open key Problem

Hi,
i think i have made a mistake on the unistall process and now the installer can not uninstall. I did search and found the problem is about registry keys. It seems the registry key permissions are gone. When i reset them and used a "msicuu2.exe" Old MS CleanUp Tool, i was able to uninstall my package. But right after another installation same thing happened again, it is not possible to set registry key permissions everytime before i ran the package and i don't know why it is still happening.

For now i have changed the product code GUID to keep my development. But is there a real way to make a proper clean up if uninstall process fails?

BTW i don't have the original .aip that created to corrupt installation and prevented the uninstall.

It seems the registry key permissions are gone.

Can you please send us the .AIP (project) and a verbose log of the installation to support at advancedinstaller dot com so we can investigate them?
