I am considering moving from a ClickOnce installation of an application to a AI installation. Can the first use of AI uninstall the ClickOnce installation?
If so, how?

I'm afraid we have no predefined support for uninstalling a ClickOne application. But you can try using a custom action to remove the old version.
The custom action should be added under the Begin standard action so its executed before the installation of the new package starts.
