Hi,
I have created an installer for my app but after I install and launch it, I can't see the logo in the top left of the window neither in the system tray.
I'm using trial version 8.3

Hi and welcome to Advanced Installer forums,
Thank you for your interest in Advanced Installer.
Please note that Advanced Installer simply installs your application on the target machine. The settings required for your application to function properly have to be included in the .AIP from Advanced Installer. The way your application runs and its functionality on the target machine completely depend on its development design, which should also dictate the required install settings.
Also, please make sure you have included the icon file among the installation files.
