.msi File Icon

Hi,

Just a quick one, I'm pretty sure the answer is no, but is it possible to change the icon for the installer file - the .msi? I know I can change the icon for an .exe, but is just the .msi possible?

I assume not, because that would change the icon for all .msi's on my machine?

Hi,

I'm afraid that this cannot be done just for one MSI package. The icon for the MSI files is set by the system and it is applied to all MSI packages. Therefore if you modify it (in the system) then all MSI packages will be affected.
