font break

hi,
i have a terrible problem and i'v stuck in this problem.
i'v finished to build my product for arabic language.
but i can show to break some letters(is shown arabic language), when im creating new file.
so i got properly information which contain contents for openwith in regedit.exe, but these are broken.
i mean arabic characters is broken.
can you tell me what's wrong with me?
