Uninstall and force JAVA app closure

Hi

I have a two JAVA Applications that I need to be auto closed or the user prompted if they
are currently executing and an uninstall is started...

How do I do this....

I seen some posts on upgrades, auto closing, but is there a way to do similar for uninstall.

Hi,

Unfortunately Windows Installer does not support detecting or closing an application. However, you can try using a custom action. Please note that the User Guide contains the Detect and stop a process how-to which may help you.
