Updater does not work after upgrade to 6.4

Hi,
I upgraded to the version 6.4 and now my updater does not work. I received error message "The system cannot find the file specified." when I click on the check for updates link.
I haven't changed anything on the path name. I even uninstall my software and reinstall it and still received the same error.
I look at the updater.ini file and the update path is correctly shown there.
What you I look for?
