Need help setting the machine's path

I am using the basic Advanced Installer and have the project setup as Per-machine only(fails if user is not administrator). I've also added a path to append to the system path in the Systen Changes -> Environment section.

PATH [APPDIR];[APPDIR]PB12

If I run the package as administrator, the package runs fine, and the path is appended to the end, and the application runs as expected, but if I switch to another user who is not the administrator the path does not have my appended stuff.

What can I do to get this path set appropriately for any user of the machine?

You can try to enable the "System variable" checkbox and see the result:
