Get Service while installing the upgraded installation.

Hi Guys,

I am going to Install abc 2.6.0.1 version on Windows xp-sp3.
Now i am going to install abc 2.6.1.1 upgraded version on existing product.

It was uninstalled existing version then, installed upgraded version on another location but service of upgrade version is not available on the Service.msc page.

How should i get the service on services page while installing upgraded version.

Hello Uday,

Are you using the Services page to install the service? If so, everything should be upgraded as expected.
To isolate the problem from the installer you can try to manually install the service on the target machine. Thus, you can start your troubleshooting from that point.
