Patch Error

Hi Team,

I Build a patch package with the target and updated versions using AI-8.8.1
When i am going to install a pop-up will display some message,

The setup was unable to close all requested applications. Please ensure that the applications holding files in use are closed before continuing with the installation.

Can any one please help on this issue......

Hello Uday,

This message is specific to Windows Installer when a process that is a part of the application you are trying to update is still running.
You can find out what process is holding you back and follow our "How do I detect or stop a process?" article.
