On May 20th, 2008 Caphyon Ltd. announced the release of Advanced Installer 6.3.1, in Freeware, Professional, For Java and Enterprise editions. This release is available for download on the Advanced Installer website.

Advanced Installer 6.3.1 is a maintenance release delivering the following bug fixes and improvements:

Bug fixes

• Crash accessing "Files and Folders" page
• Solved issue with login timeout for SQL connections
• Crash importing the VS 2003 solutions with inaccessible projects
• Internet shortcut icon index not saved in the "Edit Properties" dialog
• MSI packages created in non-English languages cannot be built after being imported
• Dialogs moved to Repository can be renamed like built-in dialogs
• Crash when importing REG files
• Special dialogs appear under the "Unused" section if a reference to them is removed
• Advanced Installer registry key deleted by our custom actions, without first verifying if it still has values
