Re: Error when Testing Installation UI

Hi,

The error is when doing a test UI build so I dont really get much of a Log.

Re: Multiple Instances of service

Hi,

So basicaly I can't Install 2 Services through the services part of advanced installer?

Would I be able to install multiple services using a custom action that calls up a batch script to do the install?

Re: Moving Advanced installer

Hi,

Also do we need to drop the license from the existing machine? Or will we need to use the Register Wizard to add the license onto the new machine?

Re: Moving Advanced installer

Hi,

Thanks for the reply.

We would like to renew our maintenance plan as well so we can use the latest versions of advanced installer should we purchase the upgraded license then move the license over?

Thanks

Moving Advanced installer

Hi,

We would like to move advanced installer from one machine to another one. The machine which currently holds the license is being replaced.

Is there any way of transfering the license onto another machine?

Re: Clicking Next on the Customize dialog with no install pa

Hi,

Thanks for the reply. Is there a way we can do a validation check that will check that the file path exists? If so Can you send me a link to a help page that explains how to do this.
