My installer creates two shortcuts to an installed exe file - one in the start menu and on on the desktop. The startmenu shortcut works fine. I tried it again after installing the .NET 3.5 feature and now it works. Previously only the newer .NET versions were installed. Is it possible that a component of the installer needs the old .NET framework?

the BlackSurface theme has a nearly black background behind the license text. This makes reading the license quite hard. (I know, nobody reads license agreements. )
