Just an FYI but current theory is if you install a full install with the updater run as a service and you have it only enabled to send stats if the user clicks yes to consent the analytics do not get sent. If you run the same installer manually to update an installation the analytics to log.
So we just pushed a new full install of our product and we are seeing the uninstalls of the last version reported, but the new 8.5.0 installs are not showing up. This full install was built with 15.7 of AI. Any steps we can use to debug why our analytics is not showing the new version?
