thanks for the quick help. The setting you suggested did the job. Now there is no change of language anymore when refreshing the dialog.

I have created a single file setup with AI 16.6.1. Now Kaspersky detects "Win32.ClipBanker.gen" in the aipackagechainer.exe file which is inside the setup's msi package which is inside the setup's exe file. This is the Kasperky message:
