Re: ARM64 EXE setup

Hi Catalin,

Yes, I agree there can be hidden variables and I doubt Microsoft's innocents, also. I'll provide additional machine info, if needed.

Gabriel

Re: ARM64 EXE setup

Hi Catalin, Thank you for your reply. I've made an archive with the aip and a screenshot with the error. I can make a video for the wizard steps, if necessary, but all I did is chose mix 32/64bit package and hit just the next button (I unchecked the build now at the end). Then I chose the arm64 type...

ARM64 EXE setup

Hello, During addition of ARM64 platform to our product installer(desktop app), I found that the build type set to EXE (single or with resource next to it) will generate an installer that does not work on the ARM64 architecture (Windows 10 or 11, latest or otherwise). The error pops immediately when...

Azure DevOps - License removal at Post-job

Hello, I observed that, if the Azure DevOps "Use Advanced Installer" is used, the post-job task will remove the license file. This becomes an issue for the following scenario: Timeline: Pipeline 1 starts build on agent X Pipeline 1 hits "Use Advanced Installer" task and installs ...
