Re: How to determine if it is an upgrade

Hi. Thanks for the answer, but I probably wasn't clear enough. Identification of an update or not is performed by the registry, right? But what happens if the original installation was from one server, and the update is performed from another server? The other server does not have the original regis...

Re: How to determine if it is an upgrade

I will add to the question and continue and ask, how can I check that it is an update, when the installation was performed from one server, and the update is performed from another server? In such a situation the only test that interests me is the DB and whether it is a first DB installation or upda...

Re: First TIme Install VS patch VS maintence

Hi, I can't figure out how to get to any of the places marked in red in the picture. I always get to the first installation. But if I want to go to maintenance? Or to upgrade? We don't want to prepare separate files for first installation and upgrade. We want those who do not have the software to al...

First TIme Install VS patch VS maintence

I notice that within the AIP I have all the options (First Time Install / patch / maintence) , but I couldn't figure out how to get to them. Every time I run the installation, I get First Time Install. It is important to emphasize that I do not register the application under WIndows. Is there a way ...

Re: 3 PreDefined Connections

Hello Catalin,
I do not have the authority to register on behalf of my company on an online site.
I can only write a personal email and testimonials, so unfortunately it is less relevant.

Thank you again,
have a nice week.

Re: 3 PreDefined Connections

So, I execute a small part of my script, and now it's working. Indeed there is probably a problem with the script, I will try to debug it in the installation until I understand what drops. I want to thank you very much for the help, really thank you. Can I let someone know about your courteous servi...

Re: 3 PreDefined Connections

Hi Catalin, Thank you very much for the example you gave. I looked up, and when I perform the same process I do see the tables being created in the database. When I try to run in the same configuration my script that produces tables and procedures, they are not created, But if I run the script direc...

Re: 3 PreDefined Connections

Thanks for the response. But unfortunately , I can not send information out from the company servers. Our servers are recorded and there is no permission to send files outside the company. Can you send me an existing sample link or a download file that has two different servers and two different bas...

Hi Catalin, Sorry for the delay in response, it was a bit of a busy time at work. Do you have the option upload for me please a sample of a small project, which contains a connection for 2 different servers and 2 different DBs with a simple sql script foreach? 3 PreDefined Connections

I have 3 PreDefined Connections, but only the 1st PreDefined connection queries (Static) executing.
There are settings for each PreDefined.
The other queries (Dynamic) are not executed. Why?
