Re: Install Parameters Not Persisted In Maintenance Mode

Are you choosing one of the "Repair" or "Modify" option in the maintenance mode? If so, can you send us please installation and maintenance logs and your project file?
In my scenario everything worked fine.

Re: 32bit Installer on 64bit

Hi,

No, it is not possible. Windows is automatically redirecting the installation into "Program Files(x86)" folder.

Re: pre-requisities installtion

Hi,

I tried to reproduce the behavior, but everything worked fine to me. Can you send me a screenshot of the error, or even an installation log? Have you made any changes in the Launch Conditions page?

Best regards,

Re: Customize launch condition message

Hi and welcome to Advanced Installer forum. This is the normal behavior for your project. When you have a pre-install prerequisites, your package turns automatically into an exe setup. Re: Warning 1910. Could not remove shortcut

Hi!

It looks like it is a Windows problem.

It would be very useful for us if you would send us a link with the package that produce this error. We will continue to investigate the problem in order to find its source.

Best regards,

Re: Install Parameters Not Persisted In Maintenance Mode

Hi! I have tested this behavior and it works just as expected. The properties marked as persistent are stored in the registry by default. Just let me know aren't they stored for your application or you want to use them as arguments for your registry keys (path, version, etc.) and it is not working? ...

Re: How To Select A Feat. Programatically In QuickSelectionT

Re: [|ProductName] property does not expand (Office Add-In)

That is not the right field to use the [ProductName] property. Contrary that is the field where this property takes its argument. For example if you write there "My Application", then every time you will use the [ProductName] property, it will expand to "My Application". Best reg...

Re: [|ProductName] property does not expand (Office Add-In)

Hi and welcome to Advanced Installer forum. I want to let you know that there are fields that support specific types of data. You try to use a PseudoFormatted data type in a field which doesn't support this data type. You can read about these types in the documentation: http://www.advancedinstaller....
