A small and mostly harmless hack is to create the table with ORCA directly in the template.msi file from AI's installation folder. That file is the base for all created MSIs.
Anyway, this will be fixed in the next release, due this month.
The Supported OSs feature is more like of a convenience, this is why it only covers the most common scenario: an Windows Version and higher. There is a crashing bug currently with running the 3.1 version manifesting on anything other than Windows XP SP2. We are working to fix it as we speak.
