Are you choosing one of the "Repair" or "Modify" option in the maintenance mode? If so, can you send us please installation and maintenance logs and your project file?
In my scenario everything worked fine.
I tried to reproduce the behavior, but everything worked fine to me. Can you send me a screenshot of the error, or even an installation log? Have you made any changes in the Launch Conditions page?
