Prerequisite question

When you are specifying a prerequisite, you have to specify an exact size and MD5 of the prereq installer file. Is there any way to eliminate this check?

If I specify a prerequisite for a number of projects and the prerequisite changes, all of the installers for the projects that depend upon that prerequisite have to be modified and rebuilt. I'd like to eliminate that if possible.

As a secondary solution, having a way to modify the Exact file size and MD5 of a prerequisite in a project from the command line would sure eliminate a lot of work. (especially during testing)

Hi,

The file size check cannot be eliminated as it is use to verify the integrity of the downloaded files. In order to skip the MD5 check just leave this field empty when you specify the prerequisites settings.

As for the command line options, we added them on our list and they will be available in a future release.

Thank you for your suggestions.
