Hello there.
I was wondering if anyone could tell me how to create a shortcut in the All Users desktop (C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Desktop).
I've had a look and can't find anything, any help much appreciated.

Hi,
If you want to create this type of shortcut go to "Files and Folders" page and after selecting the "Desktop" folder right click in the right view and choose "New Shortcut To->Installed File". You can also point this shortcut to an external file by choosing "New Shortcut To->External File".
Note that if you want to create this shortcut for all users then you must specify a "Per-machine" installation type in the "Install Parameters" page.
