Regarding two volumes Specifying the Label

Hi all,
I had read from the forum once that when buiding a 2 cd installer we have to place all the msi and exe in the first Cd and make it volume label as 'Disk1' and the other cd as 'disk2' and etc..,

But the problem is i want to show my CD DISC as some other name.... In this for example 'Macromedia' ... Then whether i have to specify the volume label as 'Macromedia1','Macromedia2' etc...

Help me over this issue

Hi Spark,

In order to do this you would have to manually modify the MSI file using Orca (a MSI table editor included in the Platform SDK), changing the value of the "VolumeLabel" column (from the "Media" table).
