Install software without a device C:\

Hi,
We have a client trying to install our software on a Terminal Server which doesn’t have a device C:\
Launching the setup.exe leads to the following error message during the preparation of the setup (unfortunately it’s in German, but it just says “invalid device C:\”):

I have checked our project, but I think we don’t have any critical path leading to device C:\
Are there any suggestions for solving this issue (i.e. installing software without a device C:\)?

Can you please send us the .AIP (project) and a verbose log of the installation to support at advancedinstaller dot com so we can investigate them?
