Temporary File Not Setting Property

I've set up a temporary file to set a property as described in the documentation using both the (Not Installed) condition and even the feature being installed locally condition but I never see the property set in the MSI log. I did verify that the temporary file was being extracted.

Anyone seen this issue?

Hi

Have you used a private property? i.e. public properties contain only upper case letters in their names, and should be used as only this type of properties
are passed from InstallUISequence to InstallExecuteSequence.
