Unable to add ShortcutsDlg

I have been unable to add the ShortcutsDlg to an existing project. I am using v9.0.1 and every time I try to add this, it gives me "A row with this key [id AI_ShRegOptionUser] was already registered in the table. I have tried several different ways around this, editing these directly out of the aip, deleting them from the table, etc, with no success.

Can you please send us the .AIP (project file) to support at advancedinstaller dot com so we can investigate? Also, can you reproduce this issue in a new project? If you do, can you send us a list with steps reproducing this issue?
