VAT problem while upgrading

Hi,

I've just tried to upgrade from Professional to Enterprise version.

Though I entered the European VAT ID of my firm, the VAT was added to my order. So I didn't click the last Order button.

When I was buying Proffessional version some weeks ago with the same data (share-it! Order number: 128221525), VAT was not added.

What's going on? Why is VAT added this time.
I wrote also to Share-it!. No response so far. Perhapas you can help
