Reading the Registry

Hi -
I need to run an uninstall custom action (msiexec.exe) that takes a registry value as a parameter.
How can I read a value from the registry and use it as a parameter in a custom action?
Thanks for your help.

Write the CA in c++ and read the registry using the Win32 API.
