Hello,

It is possible to add resources to your project using command line.

Please take a look on our articles:
Add File Command Option
Add Folder Command Option

However, can you please give us more details about your specific scenario?

Best regards,

Hi Sorin like we do /AddService is there a way to add the database related stuff from command line, currently I need to open up the GUI and add the connection string and manually adding required procedures and views. Is there a way to add it from command line?

Re: Configuring database from command line

Hello,

Unfortunately your desired workflow couldn't be achieved by command line. The only possible option for configuring Databases is to use Advanced Installer's GUI.

Please let me know if you have any other questions.

Re: Configuring database from command line

Hello,

Thank you for your suggestion. I have added this improvement on our TODO list and it will be available in a future version of Advanced Installer. Unfortunately we don't have an ETA for now, but to be honest most likely it will be postponed for some time because our development team is very busy at the moment. Thank you for your understanding.

However, as soon as such option will be available we will update this thread.

Best regards,
Sorin
