Wont install into right folder

I just upgrade to 2.2 (registered user) and am having a problem with an installer that was working fine with the older versions. No matter what I do the program installs itself in c:\windows\system32 instead of c:\progran files

The correct path shows up fine on the "Select Locaiton" dialog, but that doesn't appear to matter either. Any ideas? Suggestions? My application folder is set to: [ProgramFilesFolder][ProductName] for reference.
