Batch file not working as administrative mode

I want to run a batch file (as administrator) using custom actions.I checked the "run as administrator" in custom action "launch file", but it doesn't work.

I'm not sure why you encounter this problem. Please try the suggestions from the "Custom action (run batch file) doesn't execute correctly from setup package" thread which may help you.
