At what stage is the App pool started

Hi,

I have an IIS web application with its own app pool. Both are installed by AI. At what exact stage of the Install execution stage does the app pool start and the application gets published to the IIS?

This is done during the "Install Execution Stage -> Finish Execution" action group.
