Hi,
Iam using a basic UI setup with 2 MSIs chained. I have checked the register product option in the product details tab. Disable modify and disable repair check boxes are checked. when i try to install the product second time, there is no pop up coming saying the product is already installed. The product is continuing to install second time. Can you please let me know what am i missing here?

Hello Krishna,
Please note that launching a package that is already installed will trigger Maintenance mode. If the package in question is launched with basic UI, a repair will be triggered (the features already installed will be reinstalled), thus the behavior you've mentioned is normal.
