Our company has been using Advanced Installer to push installers and updates for over a year now.
Recently we started publishing our applications to Windows 10 machines (64 bit).
Both installation and update work fine but at the end of the update, I get a false error message saying “Support Service has encountered an error”.
We use Registry Search for Update Installed Detection, and I have verified that the Version in the Registry is updated to the latest.
I have emailed the MSI Installation log file along with the Setup and Update aip files to email@example.com.
FYI, the updates are working on Windows 7 64-bit machines.
Please let me know how I can fix this.
