keep one file safe on new install

Hi,

We are using advanced installer 11.3 version and installed a software using a installer created by advanced installer. our software has 10.3 version, now we have changed the version to 11.0 and make one file not to overwrite and made the changes in organisation feature as well.

But when we upgrading the software it stills remove that file.

Please help us for the same.

In order to keep a file from not being removed on upgrade, you can implement the steps described in the "Avoid file removal during upgrade" thread.
