PHP SERVER-SIDE VERIFICATION ISSUES

I'm using advanced installer 15.1
and I took the example files (PHP and SQL), connecting to database works fine, but when I run it from the setup, it say invalid
serial number, but the serial number entered is a valid one from the database . Is the sample the code wrong??
