Could you please try to set the UAC to "Normal" (third option from bottom to top) and let me know if you still encounter this issue on your dev machine?
I know this may be a little annoying and I apologize for this, but since I can not reproduce this on my side and this also does not seem to be related to Advanced Installer, taking little steps like this and trying to isolate the behavior is the only option we have.
Please let me know if the behavior is the same when setting the UAC level to "Normal".
