Hello,
I can't delete custom parameters from install parameters which I add before. When I trying to delete it says that it has reference to somewhere.
However, It has not reference anywhere..
In fact, there is no problem for me but being a problem during installation. The first step of installation throw an error seems like that "Could not access network location".

The thrown error usually means an invalid path to one of your folders.
The reason why you can not delete the property from the "Install Parameters" page is because, most probably, you have created a "property-based" folder in the "Files and Folders" page that is based on your property.
In order to remove the property from "Install Parameters" page, you will first need to remove the property based folder from the "Files and Folders" page that uses that property.
