Build no longer displays output tab automatically

I just upgraded from 19.5 to 19.7. I noticed that when I build, the display of the lower window no longer automatically jumps from Notifications to Output. When starting the build I liked seeing the output tab.

I have tested this, but I can not quite reproduce the described behavior.

Are you able to reproduce it in a newly created project? If so, could you please provide such project so I can test it on my end as well?
